1. Overview Vaulted.page ("Vaulted", "we", "us") is a platform for managing, organizing, and sharing collections of digital records related to physical or digital collectibles ("Service"). By using Vaulted, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. Accounts & Access To use Vaulted, you must create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate information Keep your login credentials secure Be responsible for all activity under your account Vaulted may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 3. Your Content You retain ownership of all content you upload, including: Item data (e.g., descriptions, values) Images and media Collection information You grant Vaulted a limited license to: Store, process, and display your content Generate shareable views based on your settings You are solely responsible for your content and how it is shared. 4. Sharing & Public Links Vaulted allows you to create public, read-only share links. By creating a share link: You are choosing to make that content accessible to anyone with the link Vaulted does not control who accesses or redistributes that link You are responsible for managing and revoking shared access. 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use Vaulted to: Upload or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content Violate intellectual property or privacy rights Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or security systems Interfere with or disrupt the Service We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion. 6. Data & Security Vaulted is designed to keep your data private and secure. However: No system is completely secure You are responsible for safeguarding your account You should not rely on the Service as your sole backup We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials or shared links. 7. Storage & Media Vaulted stores uploaded media and data on your behalf. We may: Set limits on storage or file sizes Remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law We do not guarantee permanent storage or retention of your data. 8. Service Availability We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee: Continuous availability Error-free operation 9. Third-Party Infrastructure Vaulted relies on third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud storage, authentication services). We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by those providers. 10. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding: Accuracy of stored data Valuations or tracking features Security or uninterrupted access 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaulted is not liable for: Data loss or corruption Unauthorized access or sharing Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 12. Termination You may stop using Vaulted at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if: You violate these Terms We are required to do so by law 13.
