Privacy at Vaulted

Vaulted is built around private-by-default collection management. This page outlines the current product posture for account data, uploaded media, and shared pages.

What we store

Vaulted stores the information required to run the product: account details, collection metadata, uploaded images, share-link state, and operational telemetry used to keep the service healthy.

Private by default

Collection data stays private unless you explicitly enable sharing. Public share pages are read-only, and purchase pricing is hidden by default on those shared views.

Operational telemetry

Vaulted records product and infrastructure metrics such as page views, sign-in outcomes, and item activity so the product can be monitored and improved. High-cardinality customer identifiers are kept out of aggregate metrics and limited to structured logs where necessary.
